General Conditions

By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following:

  • We reserve the right to refuse any orders that includes more than 4 cards of the same name, no matter what expansion they are from. This includes multiple orders placed withing 48 hours. Only the first one will be honored, all the others will be automatically canceled.
  • Because of many factors, there might be discrepancies in our inventory, therefore we reserve the right to cancel your order if this is the case. Because the market fluctuates daily, we reserve the right to refuse to hold the order until items are back in stock.

Shippings and Return

We ship around the world. All orders will be sent via Canada Post.

We offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more (before applicable taxes) that do not include preorder products.

Our orders ship on Tuesdays and Fridays every week. 

Return Policy

We will refund any sealed product within 15 days of purchase, if stilled sealed. A 10% return fee will be deducted from the refund. Return fee must will be the buyer's responsibility.
No refunds on single cards or miniatures
No refunds on shipping fees

Pre-orders Policies

** Please note that the planned release date is set by the manufacturer. We cannot be held responsible if the manufacturer changes the release date without warning.

When do we charge your credit card for pre-orders

We charge your credit card when you place your order.

What happens when placing an order which includes both pre-order and in-stock items

The entire order will be shipped when the pre-ordered item is released. If you don't want this to happen, please place two separate orders. If you pre-order products with 2 different release date, the same policy applies, we will ship the entire order at the latest release date.

Cancelling or changing pre-orders

We cannot modify your pre-orders. If you want to change it, you need to have us cancel the order, and you will then need to place a new one.

All cancellation of pre-orders will be charge a 10% cancellation fee. To cancel a pre-order, please contact us with your order number.

Privacy Policies

Carta Magica will only use the information we collect about our customers to serve them and provide shipping, any notification of reception of merchandise, or special events or promotions. Any personal information given to Carta Magica will be treated with the utmost discretion and will never be transmitted to third parties.
